Confidentiality

We have no choice about the Orthotics Service. We can not "shop around" or "take our business elsewhere". With this in mind, all of us are concerned that we don't spoil the relationship with the Orthotics Staff who we have to turn to for help. It is therefore hard to complain and grumble, but if we stay quiet things won't improve.

Please be assured........ We will not share your name, email address or other identifying information with anyone else. If the local NHS wish to contact you we will get in touch with you and ask you specifically to contact the appropriate person. We will not share your details with anyone else at all.

This applies whether you are a service user / carer / parent or indeed a professional who has dealings with the service. In this way we hope that people will speak freely about their experiences without the worry of possible repercussions.
