How to Ask Your Question

Please bear in mind the following points:

• We urge you to complain formally where there is a serious issue. You can do this via PALS or via a formal letter to the Chief Executive. For more information on how to complain please see this document or visit this web page.
• We will post your question on this website so please only provide information in the question which you are happy to reveal publically. Feel free to use an alias if you wish.
• Do pose questions as politely as you can.
• Think about asking questions that will help us all understand and get the best out of the Orthotics service.
• This forum is not the place to find out when your next appointment is or when your device will be ready. Contact the Orthotics Department staff directly about this.

To post a question email it to: info@nsoc.org.uk. When we have a good number of questions we will approach the Hospital to ask for a response. If and when they do respond, their answers will appear on this page so we can all benefit from the knowledge.
